Looking for 2 Roommates - Furnished Room - Must like Movies - Close to Metrotown

We have a 4 bedroom house. 2.5 bathrooms and 2 stories tall. There is a DBL garage as well but that is half used by house owner. There is some furniture and a bed in the room if you want it, otherwise it can go into the Garage. Nice BBQ area for entertaining and most entertaining is common - as in we usually socialize together. Expenses for Hydro and Gas are split evenly. Cable and Internet are also.

There is parking on the road if you need it. Buses are a 10 minute walk to different locations in different directions or you can walk to Metrotown for Skytrain.

I need a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment in Gastown near the Woodwards building. Short walk in to Downtown and the Waterfront Skytrain. Close to restaurants and shops.

Need to share expenses but food separate. Utilities are usually about $85 per month but it depends if you want to share internet and Cable costs.

There is one carpark which I use and pay for. More carparks are available in the building for about $75 per month.

I have the Ensuite bathroom so you get the main bathroom to yourself.
